One of the great benefits of being a member of the S.A.R. is the ability to network with others that may be researching the same family lines. Through the S.A.R., Bing Seibold of the S.A.R. introduced me to Dr. Lauren Brown. Dr. Brown had submitted an application to the S.A.R. based upon lineage from John Porter. It was with the assistance of Dr. Brown that my supplemental S.A.R. applications were approved.

Since our original introduction, Lauren and I have been exchanging information. Lauren recently mailed to me several bits of extremely valuable information including vital statistics records, family histories and a picture of Simon Bradstreet. I am still in the process of scanning and indexing all of the information but I will eventually get it all added to the site so everyone can enjoy.
